Sound is a vehicle for awakening. Pure vibrations bring us in contact with our essential selves. Opening moments for deep relaxation where well being and harmony come to the forefront of our awareness, providing us with a space for healing, release and remembrance.

Nicole Adriana Casanova started her journey with sound as a 6 year old playing percussion in the traditional music of her ancestral land of Boriken. For the past 15 years she has offered sound journeys designed for healing, deepening meditation, and activation of higher potential. As a member of Dream Seed, Nicole has travelled the globe offering and collecting sound, sacred song and ceremony. As a multi-linguist and multi-instrumentalist, she shares the fruits of her experience and continued study through each of her offerings.

In this 90 minute offering, Nicole will guide participants through the process of co-creating an intentional container for personal and collective benefit. Within the context of cultivating a sense of belonging and community, each person will have the opportunity to share their name, origin, and intention before beginning the sound session. Participants will also be given an opportunity to ask questions or share about their experience at the end of the journey.

As the wheel of the year turns toward Samhain and Halloween, the veil between realms becomes thin, offering us a sacred opportunity to connect with the wisdom, guidance, and love of our ancestors.

Join Bhadra Legari for a 60-minute group gathering where we will honor this magical season with intention, healing, and heart-centered connection.

What to Expect

• Grounding & Protection: We’ll begin by creating a safe and energetically protected space, ensuring that only energies of the highest love and light are welcomed in.

• Guided Meditation: Journey across the veil through a gentle visualization to meet with ancestors, guides, or loving messengers who wish to support you.

• Group Healing: Receive quantum healing for clearing, balance, and connection as we anchor into the wisdom of those who came before us.

• Reflection: Time to journal or share, integrate, and honor any messages or insights that arrive.

• Closing Blessing: We’ll end with gratitude and grounding, carrying forward the healing and connection of this sacred time.

Each participant will also receive a special handout on how to create an ancestral altar—including what items to include, how to set intentions, and ways to honor and connect with your lineage at home.

This circle is open to all and held in a safe, heart-centered, and energetically protected space. No experience is necessary—only a willingness to step into the mystery with love and curiosity.
