Guided Meditation: Journey across the veil through a gentle visualization to meet with ancestors, guides, or loving messengers who wish to support you.
Group Healing: Receive quantum healing for clearing, balance, and connection as we anchor into the wisdom of those who came before us.
Reflection: Time to journal or share, integrate, and honor any messages or insights that arrive.
Closing Blessing: We’ll end with gratitude and grounding, carrying forward the healing and connection of this sacred time.
Each participant will also receive a special handout on how to create an ancestral altar—including what items to include, how to set intentions, and ways to honor and connect with your lineage at home.
