A special 2-hour workshop, taught by Erin Dudley, focused on your circulatory and respiratory systems. In this workshop, you will learn the benefits of inversions. An inverted pose is a pose where your heart is over your head; like the infamous Downward Dog, but what happens with the circulatory system and respiratory system when the legs are also raised? We will experiment with
supported inversions and learn modifications, preparations, and step-by-step actions to achieve
desired outcomes from inverted poses.
