Finding Your Way Home: Resetting your Nervous System with Samyama

In this workshop, you will learn advanced tools to steady your nervous system using postures, yogic breathing and sense withdrawal. Instructor, Erin Dudley, offers an introduction to the practice of Samyama utilizing Concentration, Meditation, and Integration from Patanjali's Yoga Sutra.

Who this is for? Experienced Beginners to Advanced. You will be free to use strenuous or gentle asana; static or moving as you need to steady your mind. The ability to perform strenuous asana is not a pre-requisite but experience in a yoga practice is helpful.
